erindarko asked: If you don't like falafel, then you're a falafool'. Love you, you're my new hero haha. Vegan guys rule.
veganslikeitraw asked: Just curious, what came first for you: being vegan or straight edge?
Anonymous asked: Fuuuuck. I have the hots for you on levels that can't be tamed. Please, just fuck me.
Anonymous asked: I meant if you could only choose one: so a vegan who didn't drink much, never got shit-faced like, or a meat eater who didn't drink or do drugs. Which?

Moving down to my dad's on Wednesday.
I’m going to be staying with him over the Christmas holiday period. This means I’ll be doing olympic road race hill climbs on a fixed gear, I’ll be training legs in the gym regularly and I’ll be doing lumberjack work in the woods. I’m going to get as strong as a bison.

Bodybuilding and Alcohol: Do They Mix? →
swallowingxknives:
Click the link to read more about it.
This is the conclusion:
Even though alcohol will greatly impact performance 25-to-48 hours after the last drink, it has longer-lasting, more indirect, effects. The reduction in quality of training and sleep in the period after its consumption, may cause a reduction in performance over the days following this period.

I am now a certified first aider.
I can now assist people who have cuts, have something stuck in them, have burns, that are choking, that have fainted, that have had a heart attack, that are unconscious, that have been drowning and that are not breathing. We got to use cool dummies to try and resuscitate and luckily none of them came to life. I hope I never have to use my new skills but I’m glad I have them if they are...

The bad thing is that early tomorrow morning it is forecast for heavy snow. Apparently it will be up to 10 cm in the region I live in. This means that it will be impossible for me to cycle 18 miles to the venue where the event is taking place. It would also probably...

Mindset.
I think working out outside in the freezing cold and in darkness actually helps me get tougher mentally. I love it. So many gains.

Bristol was rad.
Bristol is such a cool city. So many vegan cafes. So many hills for bombing. So many bits of decent street art. Hanging with Roxanna and Jon ruled. Being around likeminded people is such a posi boost and needs to happen more often. The vegan fair managed to provide me with loads of free food samples - so many freegan calories. I really need to start buying hemp seeds when I have enough privilege...

I've just started a dream journal.
I used to have one for a few months in early 2009. I ended up stopping because I had exams and I found myself spending so much time writing down dreams in the morning that I was worried it would affect my results. I managed to get myself to remember about 6-8 solid, detailed dreams each night and I think a few times I got over ten. I eventually got a lucid dream at the end of it all too. The...
