Day five of food diary
I’ve got a headache for the first time in ages as I overslept and have just finished playing poker for a few hours so it’s an effort to copy these lists.
5 Weetabix with soya milk and Lyle’s golden syrup

Day four of food diary
I don’t really have any major dinners as such, I just snack on nutritious things throughout the whole day. It’s helping me stay in an anabolic state anyway as if I were to cook a dinner I won’t actually be that hungry when I eat it as I would have had something to eat quite recently before it so would be a waste.

Day three of food diary
Managed to wake up before 8am again and got to all my lectures on time, looks like eating a bit healthier and going to sleep before midnight is helping me out. I also discovered the wonders of Food Doctor bean mix. Really high in protein with 34.1g per 100g and low in saturated fat and salt, and they’re tasty beans too.

Day one of food diary
Okay, I had a big exam today, two actually, which lasted all of three hours and it was pretty darn tough. Think I might have scraped a pass though, only time will tell. Just got back from a great night out at the brand new student union building, I just hope it won’t impact on my need to get to a lecture by 9am tomorrow - which no doubt it will.
Anyway, aside from that I also woke up...
